Over the past two years, the furniture industry along with other import businesses have experienced unprecedented delays in sourcing and delivering product from oversees. COVID-19 had a huge impact around the world regarding manufacturing and shipping of goods, and we are still seeing issues with supply as we recover from the challenges of last year.
We are working very closely with manufacturers and shipping companies to prevent lengthy lead times, but at times we might experience delays. We will make our best to keep you informed in the event that happens.
Once you place your order with us, we allocate stock to your order so that it is reserved only for you. As we receive updated information on the position regarding products on the water and the situation changes, we will endeavour to inform you of this. In the meantime, please continue to be aware that the dates shown on the website are the dates we are informed of and may be subject to change. One of the measures we took to prevent delivery delays that were so common last year, is to bring stock in our own warehouses. Delivery from stock can take up to 7 days. Please check out section of products which can be ordered Direct from our Warehouse here.
